# PECO Energy

**No MFA setup needed.** PECO uses Exelon's Azure AD B2C authentication which does not require
additional MFA configuration beyond your standard login credentials.

## If you see an error

PECO's portal occasionally has temporary issues:

| Issue | Solution |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| "Password Incorrect" | Verify your credentials work at [peco.com](https://www.peco.com) directly. |
| "Website Down" | PECO's portal has scheduled maintenance windows. The connection retries automatically. |
| Login page fails to load | This is a known intermittent issue with PECO's portal. Nectar retries automatically. |
