Copy of usage data endpoint that gets usage data from the document id. Retrieve all meter site usage data associated with a specified document by its document ID. Users must have access to the document to retrieve this data. Response includes details of all MeterSiteUsageData associated with the document, presigned S3 URL to view the document, audit trail URL to view the edit history, and utility company name.
