Each integration page (Metrio, Watershed, Sphera, Energy Star) also has its own History tab showing only exports for that integration. The main history page shows everything across all types.
History table
The table displays the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|
| Export Name | The label assigned when the export was created |
| Type | Whether the export was a Quick Export or an Integration export |
| Status | Current state: completed, in progress, or failed |
| Date | When the export was run |
| File Size | Size of the generated file (for downloadable exports) |
Filtering
Use the filter bar to narrow down the history by:
- Type — Quick export or integration
- Status — Completed, in progress, or failed
- Date range — Exports created within a specific period
Export details
Click any row to open the Export Detail Sheet, a slide-out panel that shows the full configuration used for the export — including date range, selected sites, utility types, and format. If the export produced a downloadable file, a Download button is available to re-download it.
Export files are retained for 90 days. After that, you’ll need to re-run the export to
generate a new file.
