Navigate to Settings > Personal to manage your personal settings. These changes do not affect other users.

General

The General page combines your profile, email, and password management in one place.

Profile

FieldDescription
NameYour display name shown in navigation and activity history
EmailYour login email (read-only — managed by your identity provider)
If your name is currently set to your email address, update it to unlock all navigation features.

Password

Click Send password reset email to receive a reset link at your registered email address. If your account uses single sign-on (SSO), password resets are not available — contact your IT administrator.

Preferences

Use Preferences to control how values appear across the platform.

Membership

The Membership page gives you a read-only view of your organization and company memberships.
  • Organization — shows which organization you belong to
  • Companies — lists every company you have access to, along with your role (Admin or Member)
Click Open settings on any company row to switch to that company and jump to its settings page.
Membership is read-only. To change your company assignments or role, ask an organization admin.

Tips

  • Use Save changes to apply updates.
  • Use Reset to discard unsaved edits on the current form.
  • If you change your display preferences, refresh active pages to confirm formatting updates.
