Account

Personal settings that apply to your individual user account.

Company

Settings scoped to the company you are currently viewing. If your organization has multiple companies, use the company switcher to select which company to configure.
Custom statuses are not part of the current settings release. They will return in a future update.

Organization

Organization-wide settings that apply across all companies.
  • Sites — view and manage your sites from the main Sites page
  • Data Input — Connections — manage the connections that feed data into your company
  • White label — customize branding for magic links and customer-facing pages
  • For developers — API key setup and developer onboarding

FAQ

An organization can have multiple companies. Organization settings apply across all companies in your organization. Company settings are scoped to a single company. Think of the organization as the parent entity that manages billing, API keys, and cross-company data, while each company tracks its own sites, members, and utility data.
Org Admins have access to all organization settings including billing and API keys. Company Users only see the settings for their assigned company and do not have access to organization-level configuration.
