You likely do not have company access yet. Ask an organization admin
(someone on the Admin team under Settings > Organization) to assign you to at least one
company, then refresh your session. If you are new, make sure you accepted your invite with the
same email address used to sign in.

This usually means your session expired or did not initialize correctly. Sign out, sign in again,
and retry from a fresh browser tab. If it persists, email
[email protected] with the URL and timestamp.

First successful collection often finishes within hours, depending on utility portal access,
credential validity, and historical availability from the provider. Allow up to about 48 hours
before treating the first pull as unusually delayed while the connection is still pending.

utility name and website URL, then continue so Nectar can still build an online connection to
that portal. You can also use Uploads or Manual
entry if you want to supply bills without using the online
flow.
