Frequently asked questions

You likely do not have company access yet. Ask your Org Admin to assign you to at least one company, then refresh your session. If you are new, make sure you accepted your invite with the same email address used to sign in.
This usually means your session expired or did not initialize correctly. Sign out, sign in again, and retry from a fresh browser tab. If it persists, send support the URL and timestamp.
First collection typically finishes within a few days. Timing depends on utility portal access, credential validity, and historical availability from the provider.
