Export approaches

Export Usage Data

Download usage data (kWh, therms, gallons, etc.) as xlsx or csv files with flexible date and site filters.

Export Cost Data

Download utility costs and billing information as xlsx or csv files.
You can also access Integrations to push data directly to platforms like Watershed, Energy Star, and Metrio. For step-by-step instructions on running an integration export, see Running an integration export. View your Export History to re-download past exports.

FAQ

Quick exports are available in xlsx and csv formats. Integration exports use the format required by the target platform.
Yes. All exports — both quick exports and integration exports — support date range filters. You can choose a start and end date to scope the export to exactly the period you need.
When you run an integration export, Nectar formats your utility data according to the target platform’s requirements and pushes it directly. Some integrations support direct API upload; others generate a file in the required format for you to download and import manually.
