The Metrio integration connects Nectar to Nasdaq Metrio for ESG performance management. Nectar maps sites to Metrio facilities and syncs utility usage data.

Portfolio hub

Navigate to Data Export > Integrations > Metrio to access the portfolio hub. The page includes:
  • Stats grid — Summary of facilities, sync status, and consumption
  • Tabs — Sync & Download, Facilities, Discrepancies, Configuration

Sync & Download tab

Run exports to push data to Metrio. Configure utility type (electricity, gas, water, waste), date range, and sites. A progress dialog shows upload status. Export history is listed below the form.

Facilities tab

A table of Metrio facilities linked to Nectar sites. Each row shows facility name, sync status, and key metrics. Use the search and status filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open the facility detail page.

Discrepancies tab

Compare Nectar data against Metrio to find mismatches. The table shows month-by-month Nectar vs Metrio usage, difference, and status. Expand a row to see contributing bills. Filter by year, utility type, or status.

Configuration tab

Manage Metrio metric keys and facility mappings. Metric keys are configured per utility type (electricity, gas, water, waste) and control how data is sent to Metrio. Site-to-facility mapping uses site.externalId as the Metrio facility identifier.

Facility detail page

Click a facility in the Facilities tab to open the detail page. It includes:
  • Facility header — Facility name and sync status
  • Usage chart — Monthly Nectar vs Metrio consumption
  • Comparison table — Month-by-month values with expandable rows for contributing bills
  • Contributing meters — Meters that feed into the facility’s consumption

FAQ

Nectar uses site.externalId as the Metrio facility identifier (tag_facility_id). Ensure each Nectar site you want to sync has its externalId set to the corresponding Metrio facility ID.
Metrio supports electricity, natural gas, water, and waste. Each utility type requires a metric key configured in the Metrio integration settings.
Metric keys are provided by Metrio and are specific to your account. Contact your Metrio administrator or Nectar support to configure them in the Configuration tab.
