Connection method: Standard credentials

Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) is part of the Exelon family of utilities and uses their shared authentication platform. BGE does not require traditional MFA (no security questions, no email codes). You only need your username and password.
No MFA setup needed. BGE uses Exelon’s authentication which does not require additional MFA configuration.

Setup

Start a new connection

From Data Input > Connections, click New connection and select Baltimore Gas and Electric.

Enter your credentials

Provide your BGE username and password — the same credentials you use at bge.com.

Confirm the connection

Nectar verifies the credentials and begins collection. No additional MFA steps are required.
