Connection method: Standard credentials

Delmarva Power is part of the Exelon family of utilities and uses their shared authentication platform. Delmarva Power does not require traditional MFA (no security questions, no email codes). You only need your username and password.
No MFA setup needed. Delmarva Power uses Exelon’s authentication which does not require additional MFA configuration.

Setup

Start a new connection

From Data Input > Connections, click New connection and select Delmarva Power.

Enter your credentials

Provide your Delmarva Power username and password — the same credentials you use at delmarva.com.

Confirm the connection

Nectar verifies the credentials and begins collection. No additional MFA steps are required.
