Connection method: Standard credentials

PEPCO is part of the Exelon family of utilities and uses their shared authentication platform. PEPCO does not require traditional MFA (no security questions, no email codes). You only need your username and password.
No MFA setup needed. PEPCO uses Exelon’s authentication which does not require additional MFA configuration.

Setup

Start a new connection

From Data Input > Connections, click New connection and select PEPCO.

Enter your credentials

Provide your PEPCO username and password — the same credentials you use at pepco.com.

Confirm the connection

Nectar verifies the credentials and begins collection. No additional MFA steps are required.
